 Exciting News!

Over the last several months, we’ve been busy preparing to upgrade and enhance both our product offerings and services to you.  As part of this upgrade, we are implementing a new Online Banking system.     
 
We have a demo of our new Online Banking site available to you.   For a sneak peak, click here and check out our new Online Banking branch! 

Please review the following regarding the new Online Banking Branch:

• Recurring transfers that you set up through Online Banking prior to July 22, 2010 will continue to post as scheduled, however, you will not be able to access them through the new Online Banking Branch.  If you wish to make changes to these transfers after July 22, 2010 please contact a New Accounts Representative at 636-239-6600 or 877-584-6600.
  NOTE:  Our bill pay system will not change.  Any scheduled payments you have set up through Franklin Express Pay will not change. 
  
• All bank statements were produced as of close of business July 22, 2010.  If you normally get your statement electronically, you will receive a paper statement for this statement cycle only.  Once we have completed the upgrade, your next statement will be rendered on your normal cycle date.    
• Any electronic statements that were rendered prior to July 22, 2010 will not be available online.  If you no longer have your previous statements, contact a New Accounts Representative at 636-239-6600 or 877-584-6600.
